Playing Your Hand

The odds are always Stacked against us

We never know what cars will be in our hands

As the deck is shuffled we can only hope for the best

Round after round we bet big and hope for an even greater return

Even if we are down the worst cards possible

We hope no one else can see us bluffing

Trying to remain confident

Even though we’re panicking inside

Making calculated decisions

Is what a good gambler does

Sometimes we have to pass on opportunities because we are not prepared

Other times we may have the right cards in our hand but not know how to use them

No matter what happens if you keep playing the cards to the best of your ability

It will only be a matter of time until you grab the whole pot
