Down in a hole

Spirit is broken

Gasping for ear

There’s no light in sight

Hoping God will answer my prayers

I know I’m not perfect

That’s far from the truth

I have lost my way but I still believe

Sinking deeper in depression

Struggle to live each day

I know since God woke me up

Today will be a brighter day

Finding my way back to my feet

The most difficult thing I have ever done

Winning the battle against my mental health

Will be the most important war I have won

Day by day step-by-step

I take the time to heal

Until I am hole again
